Is your rival’s site more readable?
If AI recommends your competitor there is a reason, and it is usually not mysterious: their site is one the engine can read. Enter two addresses and we run the same five checks on both, showing line by line where you fall behind.
FAQ
- Does this tell me whether my competitor is ahead in AI?
- No, and we want to be clear about it. What is measured here is how OPEN each site is to engines — the readability groundwork. Finding out who actually gets recommended requires a live AI query; that is what our free visibility test does, and it shows you the real answer.
- Does it harm my competitor’s site, or will they know?
- No. Just like a search engine, we read a few publicly available files (home page, robots.txt, llms.txt). Nothing is changed, nothing is stored, and no notification goes anywhere.
- I am behind on every line — what now?
- The lines you lose are your to-do list, and most are a few hours of work: remove the robots.txt block, add Schema.org markup, write a page description, publish an llms.txt. We have free generators for the first two.
- It says my competitor’s site could not be reached.
- Some sites block automated requests, or the site may simply be down. In that case we show no comparison — every line would read "missing for competitor" and make them look worse than they are. When we cannot measure, we say so.
