Terms of Service

1. Who you are contracting with

Alins Ai Studio LTD (“we”, “us”) is a limited company registered in England & Wales under number 17366754. Our registered address is 8/A Greenwood Grove, Alins Ai Studio Office, Marcham, Abingdon, England OX13 6FR. GeoRankScore is a product of this company.

2. What the service does

GeoRankScore asks AI engines real questions about your industry, measures whether your business appears in those answers, calculates a visibility score, and produces a prioritised to-do list plus copy-paste-ready outputs to help you improve it.

Measurements are made through the providers’ official APIs. These answers may not be identical to what the same engine returns in its consumer app.

3. An honest warning about results

• AI engines are not deterministic: the same question can produce different answers at different times. Some movement in your score comes from this.
• We do NOT guarantee that your visibility score will rise, that an AI will recommend your business, or that you will gain sales as a result.
• Score projections shown in the dashboard are estimates, not commitments.
• It is your responsibility to check the accuracy of the text and code we generate (llms.txt, schema, FAQs, articles) before publishing it on your own site.

4. Free scans

Free scans are offered within fair-use limits (per IP, per business and per day). We may block usage that exceeds these limits or that scrapes the service with automated tools.

5. Subscription and automatic renewal

Your free scan costs nothing and requires no card. When you choose to unlock full access you start a subscription at $19 per business per month, charged when you confirm it on the payment screen.

The subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in one click from the billing link in your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

If you used a promotional code, nothing is charged during the free period. We email you three days before the first charge, after which the subscription continues automatically as a paid one.

6. Prices, taxes and refunds

• Prices are in US dollars and are charged per business.
• VAT or sales tax may be added depending on your country; the amount applied is shown at checkout.
• We may change our prices. If the price changes for an existing subscriber we will give at least 30 days’ notice by email before the renewal.
• If a technical fault prevented you from using the service at all during a period you paid for, contact us and we will refund that period.

7. Right of withdrawal

If you buy as a consumer (under UK or EU consumer law) you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. Because access begins immediately on purchase, you are requesting immediate performance, and the right of withdrawal ends in respect of the part you have used.

The consumer right of withdrawal does not apply to businesses purchasing in the course of their trade.

8. Your account and acceptable use

• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity on your account.
• You should only register businesses that you own or are authorised to measure.
• You may not reverse-engineer the service, scrape it automatically, place excessive load on it, or resell it.
• We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

9. Intellectual property

The software, design and methodology belong to us. The outputs we generate for you (llms.txt, schema code, FAQ text, articles) are yours to use and publish freely for your own business.

The business information you enter and your dashboard content remain yours.

10. Independence

GeoRankScore is an independent measurement tool. It is not affiliated with, partnered with, or endorsed by OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, Perplexity or any AI platform. Product and company names are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification only.

11. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit or loss of data. In any event our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

We do not limit liability for death, personal injury or fraud, and nothing here affects rights that cannot be limited by law.

12. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may close your account for a serious breach of these terms, in which case we will refund the unused portion of your period pro rata.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer rights in your own country.
